Reason (for extraordinary cancellation)

Confirmation

The confirmation is sent right away to the email address of your account. It states the content and time of your cancellation and the day the contract ends.

Prefer to write? An informal email to aqualizer@weimex.de works too.

Bought Pro through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel it in your store’s subscription settings.

Want to delete your whole account? That’s something else: this form only ends the paid subscription. You delete the account after signing in, in the app under Settings → Account.
